Pleasant and engaging staff members, food is impeccable and the environment is pretty chill/modern. Highly recommend to a friend. Multiple times I’ve called or tried to order on line 30 minutes before closing and was told I couldn’t because they stop taking orders prior to closing. Seems odd to me if you close at six you should take orders until 6.

Charged 19.26 for a shredded veggie omelette. Wich is ridiculous since the original price is 11.50. Asked them to make it vegan so they charged 6.50 extra to add tofu and cheese. The menu clearly states that these items can be made vegan so why would they charge you almost $20 for a vegan version? $20 for a bowl of unseasoned tofu and veggies.

The ProteinHouse is a great go-to for all your healthy and hardy meal choices. They have a great range of items offered on their menu, which use the right kinds of ingredients for great tastes. The staff here are both friendly and accommodating, and are happy to provide suggestions. It's also a quick and efficient way to order in as my delivery experiences have been flawless following several occa. Plan to continue hitting up this joint and would recommend to others, except when it comes to delivery orders, in which they've messed up my order on two occasions.

Acai bowls are usually pretty good but the last couple times I've gotten them they've been sloppy and still frozen. Also their hours say they close at 8 pm and there have been at least 3 times I've ordered at 6 pm or earlier and they'll cancel the order!! If you're open until 8, be open until 8! Otherwise change your house of operation. Everytime you cancel the order grubhub ties up my money for 5-10 days. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Food is decent and staff is USUALLY good but management needs to take control and get this figured out because its unacceptable!

We normally pick up at the Protein House in Marlborough, but sometimes we like to order from the Worcester location through Door Dash because of it's convenience. This particular order came through missing ingredients, and had a small amount of dressing already on it, rather than a full dressing container on the side. I'm not sure if this was because it was rushed, but we will not be ordering from the Worcester location again unless we're in the area and are physically present, which makes me sad, since we really like the food.

My place of business just placed a $100+ order on grub hub to have lunch delivered. While the grub hub driver was pleasant, our orders were packed incorrectly by this business who then passed it off for delivery. All of the meals were correct (although not particularly tasty..), however the VEGAN BURGER arrived as a BEEF PATTY WITH EGG ON TOP ( we also received two smoothies, an iced coffee and a sports drink that no one ordered) upon calling Protein House (2/25 around 2:00pm) and explaining the situation the girl on the phone said "What do you want me to do about it?" followed by "well I can make it for you but you need to pick it up." And then wouldn't let us talk to the manager. Needless to say we are asking for a refund via grub hub and NEVER ordering from here again. Not only is failing to accommodate someone's dietary needs unacceptable but the customer service should at LEAST have been understanding and empathetic to the fact that now someone can't each lunch unlike everyone else in the room.

I don't know how PH received all these good reviews. First of all my friend and I waited 30 minutes to get our orders during lunchtime and the place was more than half empty. The pictures on the menu online make the portions look 3x what the real size is. I spent $40 on my and my friend's lunch - in Worcester, which is fine, but we were better off going to 110 Grill. At least at 110, your plate is over flowing with salad and you get at least 5 ounces of protein. I would never go back if they keep this nonsense up.
Protein House is a great spot to get your healthy food fix at any meal of the day. Pricey, but the quality of the food and the nutrition is worth it.

I've been in this place a couple times now, the food was very good despite it taking 25 minutes to prepare. The restaurant wAz also very clean, however the customer service is atrocious. I don't know who trains their counter people, but they are simply not friendly in the least, to the point where I won't go back. A simple smile goes a long way.

I grew up eating Thai food so Naturally had to get the Thai monster bowl. I’m very picky with Thai flavors but it was soooo bomb!! I love the Menu, the açaí bowls are also so good. So happy I stumbled upon this place from Grubhub, can’t wait to check it out. Highly recommend.
