The food was fresh and delicious. The service was great. The bang bang shrimp is my favorite.

If you want good sushi and know what you're talking about, come here. The area has many options for sushi, all of which present quite a few flaws foodwise (whether it's only offering unforgivable combination sins or calling panko shrimp "tempura shrimp"). However, Sake Bomb does not. The fish tastes very fresh (which is impressive for central MA), the cronch of the nori deserves a chef's kiss, and the rice is beautifully fluffy with an excellent bite.

So on a regular day this place is not too bad so I came here yesterday with two friends walked in the place was empty there was like one other couple there which was perfect nobody sadness so we sat down ourselves which was OK waited there for about 25 minutes until somebody came to the table and asked us if we wanted to drink lol so the lady who was waiting on us was unbelievable in the worst way first of all it look like she was sick so I don’t understand why she was trying to wait on people then on top of that I watch her sneeze in her hand then rub her hands together then come back to our table and ask us what we want to drink like lady can you go wash your hands and do something and then she made a piña colada and this was the worst piña colada we could have ever had it was literally water with ice and then as I was axing her if we can just exchange the drink out because we literally took one sip and felt like we just didn’t like it even if we had to pay for it she just walks away with a whole attitude like were the only people in the store you’re Hella sick we should’ve been said something to you and we did it overall do not let the lady wait on you ps The sushi was good ! ?

I ordered take-out the other day they charged me 1 dollar extra for my fried rice as “tips” assuming I don’t know the price in the menu? That’s unethical.

Used to be great but has been on the decline. A bit run down and dirty with stained and crunchy booths. The food is inconsistent in quality. Attached are photos of what I was served vs. After it was corrected. The roll arrived....without rice. The corrected roll was tasty though.

It's good food kind of expensive however there are days where it is really good and days where it is alright.

don’t get the lobster salad. it’s $22 and a child’s portion with no visible or palatable lobster. Filled with filler noodles on bottom. I called for a refund and was told GrubHub would have to do that. Soy sauce packed for scale.

I want to come here and explain that after some studies, I learned that small businesses can change 7% of Massachusetts law. I apologized. I didn't know.I went back to the restaurant. I said in my first review that I loved the food and the drinks. The first time after my review, I went back, and the bartender recognized me, and we talked about my review. I explained to him that his explanation was not correct, and he didn't know how to explain why some restaurants can change 6.25% and other restaurants can charge 7%. He said this is worcester law.The explanation is..depends on the many franchise or restaurant they have; they are, or they are NOT considered local restaurant. After some studies now, I understand.Anyway, today I went back for the second time after my review and the same bartender was there and to my surprise he said he is the manager store too, because I asked to talk with the manager. HE was very mad and nervous.HE talked with everyone in the bar about my review, trying to intimate and embarrassed me.I explained to the customer around the bar about the situation and talked about my review. I was really embarrassed, and one of the clients was a lawyer; he tried to be neutral...THE BARTENDER/ manager told me to delete my big review.I checked the reviews online from the restaurant, and they do have more people complaining and giving 1 or 2 stars. My question is, ...the other customers getting the same treatment? If I give a bad review, that means I can't go back there???? Maybe it was one time or two times only....I continue saying the drinks are wonderful and the food.HE SAID TO ME TO FIND SOME OTHER PLACES TO GO. I NEVER DISRESPECT HIM OR THE RESTAURANT. I gave my opinion on something that I did know, and I asked, and he didn't know how to explain that too.I thought reviews were to help the restaurant to get better, NOT TO PUSH THE CLIENT AWAY OR TO PUNISH THE CLIENT.MY RECOMMENDATION IS....DO NOT REVIEW ANY RESTAURANT IF IS NOT GOOD OR IF THEY WILL RECOGNIZED YOU.OR JUST MOVE ON AND EXPENDED YOUR MONEY ON DIFFERENT PLACES. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!First of all I would like to say that I loved the drink and food. But I am very disappointed with what happened, Tonight.Around 8 pm, I'll asked for my bill, and when I received it, something called my attention. Massachusetts' taxes was 7%, instead of 6.25%. I asked the bartender if the taxes went up since I knew that Massachusetts' meal taxes are 6.25%. He said worcester meal taxes have always been 7%. I did Google, and I checked in worcester.gov and bought information says Massachusetts' meal taxes are 6.25%, I showed to him, and he still said that I was searching wrong. That I should be looking for Worcester taxes. I tried to explain that Worcester taxes can not be different from Massachusetts taxes since Worcester is a city from Massachusetts. So I called a different restaurant from Shrewsbury st at Worcester, and I asked the person who answered the phone, how much the Massachusetts taxes or worcester taxes are? The answer was....6.25%It's not about .75%, but it is about the principle and customer rights. People should know about this big mistake.
