Steve is such an amazing person. Great service and just a amazing overall people here. I've never had a bad experience! I think I found my new home for good food and drink. Bravo to management here for finding a great group of employees. Drew has also taken good care of me. I hope there is a raise or recognition for all the folks as it's well deserved. Being a retail manager for 20+ years you have to take care of staff when you find this level of service skills. Very hard to find these days. Bravo Scruffys!!

Was at Scruffys last night. Long wait for a table but that was to be expected. Once we were seated we sat for quite a while without receiving a menu or asked for a drink. I finally asked one of the waitresses who was our waitress and she said we all are. RUDE . Attitude adjustment needed. My husband got the prime rib and wanted it cook Medium . It was cooked well and was dry. No one every came back to the table to inquire if our food was any good. So needless to say we were very disappointed and will not be back. Also there was no breakdown of our bill so we did not know how much we paid for anything. And the prime rib was very thin ,never seen it served that way. We stopped on the way home to get a burger, just to get full.

This review is from my 7 year old daughter: Everything is awesome. I love the food, the TV's are cool and I love the chairs and tables. Waiter was super good. I like the name of the place

Food always good , service and speed not as dependable , but when in ask after 45 minutes where our dinner is i do not need gruff responses from the wait staff

Excellent entrees and appetizers. Subpar bartenders. My wife and I have been in the past 2 Saturday afternoons on the recommendation of some friends. Both weeks we arrived around 2:00/2:30 so it wasn't super busy. We sat at the bar both times. Bar was at about 2/3 capacity both times, So not crazy busy. Week1: we had a couple appetizers and an entree each. Great buffalo tenders and Irish "potato skins". We followed that up with Prime ribs that were spot on! Bartender was a young blonde girl who just stood around most of the time. Had to flag her down repeatedly to grab another bottled beer. She wasn't very warm/friendly to us either. We chalked it up to being "newbies". Week 2: buffalo tenders again spot on. Followed up with a burger for me and fried clams for my wife. Both excellent. Great fries. Bartender #2. 35-ish brunette. Same story. Just not friendly! Would it kill these girls to smile, check on your meal and come ask if you want a 2nd beer? I can't imagine how long you have to wait for a beer if the place is busy. We'd return anytime for the food, but the bartenders need a serious upgrade in customer service skills. We are VERY strong tippers and these girls did nothing to deserve it.

I've been going here regularly for three years, staff are all really nice, attentive even when they're packed. Overall one of my favorite bars to go to.
The establishment is ridiculous; they tack on a 30% extra charge for takeout specials without any prior disclosure. The manager offered no apology, asserting it's absent because they prefer customers to dine in. Meanwhile, my takeout languished on the bar for 15 minutes, and I had to wait half an hour before anyone inquired about my order. Even the remaining staff acknowledged the absurdity of the up-charge.

We were completely ignored , seemed like bartender was more interested in some other clientele, we ordered a pizza a waited over an hour and a half for a lame excuse. Never got pizza and will never return. We need will also share our experience without many friends.
