I love BBQ. The sauces here are great! Wings were good.Brisket was a little dry. Ribs were tender. Very minimal smoke. Greens were awesome. Potato salad was awful. The shrimp PoBoy was over sauced and too much bread. Service was great!

No one in there when we went which was sad since MIL had gone previously and was always packed when she did go even on a week day. Menu very small and very expensive!! Smoke was a bit too much. I simply was shocked about the price for ribs with 2 sides! $28+ ouch! Wings were hot and good plain. Waitress was very efficient. If prices dropped and maybe a bigger selection of food, I might go back.

Smokestack Urban BBQ was an unknown but after we left , it is know and will be revisited . Barbecue was on the excellent level ; brisket was delicious , ribs were meaty with nice smoke rings , pulled pork got good reviews and chicken was pretty good but a little on the skimpy side . Barbecue beans were excellent as was the potato salad (spicy) and cucumber slices ! All in all , it was a very good meal that we enjoyed ! Nice job Smokestack !

Great brisket sandwich! The meat was tender with a great crust on the outside. My only complaint would be the bun. It was served cold and didn't seem as high quality as the meat. It reminded me of the generic grocery store variety. Came early (around 4:45pm) so parking was easy found in their lot.

My Boyfriend & I were craving BBQ after our long roadtrip. We had high expectations after trying Texas BBQ. Since BBQ is our fave and he now lives in Worcester we had to try this place. Service: The Hostess and Waitress were nice when we arrived and helped us order our food. We arrived right when the restaurant opened so it wasn't too busy. But as the meal continued our waitress would get busier and busier but would forget to check on our table. We had to ask multiple times for water and napkins. Quality of Food: We ordered the Combo Plate: Double Brisket and Spare Ribs w/ Mac & Cheese and Baked Beans as our sides and complimented with cornbread. The Mac & Cheese and Baked Beans were delicious. The brisket was too fatty it was hard to eat. I wish we ordered more spare ribs. My boyfriend loved the Bourbon Molasses BBQ sauce. My favorite was the Carolina and Kansas City Kick BBQ sauces. Decor and Cleanliness: The restaurant was very clean and the decor was super cute. It had a very homey vibe. If you're looking for bbq this is pretty good for the area. The service need more work and the waitresses need to be more attentive.

Both food and service were great. No complaints on anything, including the sides. Wife and kids and enjoyed their food too.

Saturday lunch at a bar table. Brisket reuben and 3 meats were all delicious. Good sauce and sides. Maybe not a 5 rating but much closer to that than 4.

Best barbecue I have had In a long time! Coming back from living in VA for 5 years this really hit the spot with everything I had ordered from them! So I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants barbecue!

Have not been here in quite a while, this trip was not good: Bartender on a Wednesday with a bad attitude, fruit flies everywhere, poor food.

What an amazing place. Everything was great. The ribs could have been a little juicy, but dry and corn bread was odd. But it was very very good and I will definitely return. The burnt ends and macaroni and cheese were amazing. Highly recommend this gem for BBQ.

Smokestack delivers!! From the staff to the food to the drinks - everything was AMAZING!!! Our waitress, Sage, was so attentive. She was very positive, and gave spot on recommendations. She also was neither non-intrusive, nor was she neglectful - she came at just the right times! The Kitchen Sink sandwich was delicious! My absolute favorite, though, was the honey habanero wings!!! Soooo good! My dad ordered the Brisket Reuben sandwich, and he said it was the best sandwich he has ever had! I am telling you, this place is 10 stars!!! We went before the WooSox game, and the walk to the stadium was like 100 feet from the restaurant. They also have a cute bar area that would be nice to hang out after the game or any other time!

Party of 15 dined here prior to woosox game. Group ranged from teens to older adults. Food was delivered efficiently/hot/and flavorful. What really stood out was the service. Our server was exceptional. Over the years our rather large family have dined together in many restaurants from fine dining to run of the mill joints. Our server handled our group like a pro. Empty drinks were immediately met with “would you like another”. Every order was correct and no mistakes were made. Big thank you from all of us for a great experience. If you are looking for good food, good value, and top notch service give these folks your business you won’t regret it.

I had ribs, baked beans, corn bread and a garden salad. It was all very good. The baked beans were not sweet -- they had a spice I couldn't identify but they were fine. There are three sauces on the table and they were very good. I liked the Kansas City-style the best but everyone has their own tastes. The ribs were smoky but not overly smoky. Perhaps the portion of beans was a little small but overall, met my expectations. My spouse does not love barbecue so she ordered a Caesar's salad with chicken. The chicken was flavorless and dry. That's the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars. She reports that the Chardonnay was nicely chilled and very tasty. Wait staff was excellent. Prices were reasonable.

Excellent as always. The spareribs, the meatiest I can ever recall having, were prepared St Louis style with the bbq sauces right there on the table for selecting. They would last me 3 meals! Husband had the combo plate...same thing. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. Delicious potato salad. Nice choice of draft beers.

My wife and I chose this restaurant for our anniversary because we wanted something down to earth, nothing too fancy to go with our clothing for our next adventure which was Far Shot, Axe and Knives shooting and Archery. Smokestack Urban BBQ was so good from our awesome hostess, waitstaff, appetizer, drinks, and food. We tried 4 different sides between us and all were awesome (especially the Mac and Cheese), she loved the pulled pork and chicken wings and I loved my half chicken. Everything was great!
