Aidan at the Starbucks on Grafton st in Worcester Ma is always so Warm and welcoming there is always a smile on his face and his customer service is always spot on he always gets my orders right and with a smile. Aidans positive energy is infectious and I don’t mind driving a bit further to get my coffee .I would actually give him more than just 5 starts if they were available.Starbucks is lucky to have such a talented staff member .

I really like this place, it is overall a really nice establishment. A majority of the workers when I go through the drive-thru are extremely nice and comforting. The food and coffee is always up to par. However, the reason for the three stars is when I went through the drive-thru yesterday, around 4:30 pm, a new girl who I haven't seen before took my order. She was quite rude on the speaker, and at the window. I wish she was somewhat nicer, as I think she needs a little more training for this reason. Overall, an excellent place to pickup your coffee though!

At my local Starbucks, which I visit on weekdays after work around 6 pm, there are two taller boys in their 20s who always work with a sense of urgency and show they care about my order. Although most of the staff give good customer service, these two boys stand out because they prioritize efficiency and make sure every detail is right. Their dedication makes my experience there even better. They're friendly, fast, and seem to genuinely enjoy helping customers. Overall, their exceptional service makes this Starbucks my favorite place to stop for a drink after work.

The Starbucks location on Grafton Street in Worcester is definitely a lot better in terms of speed in ordering than pretty much any other one I’ve been to in Worcester. I personally don’t usually get much from here because I just can’t justify how crazy over priced Starbucks, and to be quite honest, Dunkin’s are, especially when I prefer a cup of coffee I can make at home. But my daughter loves Starbucks so I often get dragged here.They are usually not too bad for wait times here; and other than the prices for things such as cake pops, being CRAZY OVERPRICED, it’s a good location - friendly, helpful staff, wait times that are reasonable, and finally a parking lot actually big enough to park in!Parking: Huge parking lot. Plenty of places to park without having cars in the drive-thru interfering with customers who like to park & go inside.

Until we stopped by this morning, drive-through service was subpar, I believe the lady name starts with J. was a little bit unprofessional and not friendly, she seemed mad, and I felt uncomfortable ordering. I came here many times and all staffs were goooooood and super friendly, I loved that, but today was ‘meh’.It might ruin your business for this type of service.I just want to give a feedback so you know.One star for today.

Honestly it did take a little while to get my drink because I went before work and they were busy but they said about how long it would take before I paid and asked if it was okay waiting 15 mins. I was okay to wait a bit and glad they gave me a heads up. It ended up not taking too long maybe 10-12 mins. And the people working were friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted so would definitely go again.
Let me chronicle the terrible I experiences I have with the kid that has dreads. I was at the drive through, ordered a drink and food item. He said "I think we might be out of that food item." I said "Um, do you think or do you know for sure." He then lied and said they didn't have it. I know he lied because while waiting for my drink after working it I ordered it on the mobile app and then picked it up inside the store. Next time he made my drink. I am into the store. Another mobile order. He was super rude and when I said thank you he just stared blankly at me. The coffee was burnt and I think he may have sabotaged the drink because I felt exhausted, so he probably served me decaf. That part I am less sure of. At any rate, anytime I go there and have cross paths with the kid with dreads I have a rough or negative experience. Any other time I go it's fine.

The restaurant floor and tables were littered with trash and the countertop surfaces left grubby and messy - old coffee beans were everywhere. The service was prompt and the young lady welcoming but totally uninterested in the state and hygiene of the coffee shop.For the sake of patrons I hope it improves.
