Great sauce station and lots of variety of hotpot items from beef tongue to iced tofu to watercress.I was very impressed with the seafood selection (flounder filet, frozen scallops, clams, PEELED SHRIMP, etc.) since most AYCE hot pots that I’m used to only offer the “basics” such as shrimp, frozen mussels, fish balls, and imitation crab.If you like spice, go for the extra spicy mala broth. Start with one fewer serving than you think you will eat since the portion sizes are slightly arbitrary, but that’s not a big issue at all - being mindful to not waste food never hurts!Service and attention to their patrons was unmatched. Water was always refilled, napkins freely given in stacks without being asked. A huge thank you to our server Andy for a fantastic experience! Can’t wait to come back.“
