In all honesty I think this place should have 4.5 stars on the google scale, but I felt the need to give 5 stars to balance out the Karen reviews. Food very good, service exceptional. Vibe was very cool, diverse group of people. Crowd got younger and younger as night went on.

Flew into town for work, this place came highly recommended by my hotel. The greeter was not overly friendly and had no insight into what dishes were recommended or really noteworthy. I got the burnt ends grilled cheese because, honestly, how can you ruin grilled cheese? Well this was the worst grilled cheese I've literally ever had. Bread was black from being so burned- it was probably carcinogenic it was so burned, packed with a ridiculous amount of grilled onions and maybe 2 pieces of meat on the whole sandwich. I will never go back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone visiting the Boston/Worcester area. Overpriced charbroiled garbage.

I’ve been here a couple times since it first opened, and it’s a great spot to hang out at the bar or have a night out in central mass. The crowd tends to based on what’s going on around the city. The rooftop bar is what is the most appealing but it’s first serve first come and they do check IDs twice when you go in and when you go upstairs. The food tends to be inconsistent as there are multiple occasions where it just did not taste that great. It feels like some of the food was stored longer than a day or they just cooked something from yesterday. The cocktails are good and they have a good amount of selections for draft. Overall, staff is OK depending on who is serving you some days. You have a nice one and some days you won’t.
Although we made the reservation over a week in advance, when we arrived that night we were told by the hostess that OpenTable overbooked and that there were no high top tables available. We were given the option to find a seat at the bar, which was full, or they could offer us a booth. We opted for the booth and were seated in the back of the restaurant.

The food was good. We got sat at a hightop by the upstairs bar which normally would be okay, but there was a big party standing by our table and the one behind us encroaching on our space. They even sat drinks on our table. We did not see a waitress until 10-15 minutes after we sat down. The food came out fast and was decent.

Had a great time here to celebrate a birthday in my family! I would definitely recommend booking an igloo for any special occasion. Good food, good drinks, and a comfortable, casual atmosphere.
