The customer service is amazing, the energy is light, and the people there are super helpful if you’re indecisive like me. I met with James and not only did he provide me with information on how to successfully transition to a plant based diet but he also gave me food options to try at the restaurant! I’m super indecisive and he was very patient with me while I made my decision. He answered every question I had and was very pleasant. One thing about Loving Hut that I haven’t seen at other restaurants is they provide you with other resources/pamphlets you can read at your own leisure that’s related to plant based diets, such as a vegan start kit pamphlet that amongst other necessary information provides you with a 7 day meal plan if you don’t know where to start. “We love Loving Hut and it is our go too vegan restaurant for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, out of town guests. So friendly and the food is delicious. We especially like the scallion pancakes, the fresh rolls, the dumplings, the Thai salad with spicy peanut sauce and extra veggies, the hot and sour soup, the fried mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, the Special spicy "shrimp" and veggie dish, the pad thai noodles with the extras.“
