I think, I'm not sure if they are authentic but I like this place. The atmosphere inside, the staff, the crowd and their laughter, I feel like I am in a happy place after a long time.

This used to be our go to spot until the last time we went there. Restaurant was not at full capacity and we arrived there before peak time.. after we were asked if we had a reservation and told greeter no, she was quite rude. Tried to seat us in the outdoor seating in which they had space heaters going but it was not enough. No by consideration that I used a cane and had walking issues. Manager caught on of scenario and told her to seat us in the room near the kitchen. When we were being sat there , she connected with a nasty look to our server. The night went south... will not be going back

Definitely worth the drive. There is a vast difference from the restaurants east of Worcester. There are exceptions, Cafe Manhattan in West Springfield or Posto Italian in Longmeadow.

My first time at Via's recently and I am impressed! Although pricey, which is to br expected, the food all had amazing flavor profiles. I absolutely loved the ricotta ball with crustinis, the blend of cheese with the honey topping was the perfect bite. The chicken orzo soup was quite possibly the best soup I have ever had in my life! So flavorful and rich! And the drinks were perfection. To top the night, we had the Gelato cones, and the Gelato it's self tasted like it was straight from Italy. Creamy, but light, indulgent and flavorful! I can't wait to come back!!
