Authentic food in an uncomfortable atmosphere. The food was good, hot, authentic. The service was uncomfortable. I don't know how else to explain it. Nobody spoke English and I had to point to the menu to even show what I wanted. I was trying to explain that I needed more time to look at the menu, and the waitress stared at me uncomfortably. I couldn't ask questions and I felt like I was in another country. While authentic is good, I feel like basic communication (like, a few words?) is a necessary part of running a business in Central Massachusetts.

The owners are the nicest people! The bun bo hue a.k.a spicy beef soup is the best around!

I visited Vietnamese cuisine in Worcester for lunch. I had number 1 special pho. I didn't expect much from this small place in the middle of Kelly Square. It's a little hard to get to. They brought over some lemon tea and it was delicious. Followed by egg rolls and summer rolls... Both outstanding! However it is their pho that steals the show here. Savory rich broth with tons of meat. The side plate came with sprouts, cilantro, jalapenos, and sliced onion. Absolutely the best pho by far that I've ever had!! Do yourself a favor and try this place. I'm definitely going back...Parking: It's a little tough to get into the parking lot but plenty of parking!

I only give it a 4 star because the crab rangoons weren't fried long enough, had ice in the middle so they are obviously frozen, but the pho was

Place is abhorrently racist, gave me little to nothing in my sandwich, multiple times, more than multiple instances, and treat me like I'm some sort of foreign outsider when I order banh mi. It's incredibly off-putting.

Today I went to try the food here. Hue beef noodle soup is my favorite dish but the food here is just okay and not as good as other restaurants.

Just passing through. Pho dac biet was really tasty. It has homemade meatballs in it which was quite tasty. Broth had a very clean taste. Friendly staff and probably family-owned. Also, large is a LARGE.

Went on a Saturday day and it was not too packed. However, they only have 1 server and it seems like a small staff in the back. We waited for a while to get our food. We ordered coffee and an appetizer but those came after our entree. The food was pretty decent but nothing extra ordinary. The lime juice seemed very organic but was pretty bland.

The food was pretty good but for the price... not so much. It was mostly liquid and not much protein or noodles.

Best pho in Worcester! Broth is flavorful!

Not only was this Banh Mi subpar, but it also reflected a poor business ethic. My visit coincided with a WooSox game, and as I passed by this restaurant, I decided to order three Banh Mi sandwiches: two Grilled Beef and one Ham sandwich. To my dismay, they were out of grilled beef and substituted it with boiled beef meant for their Pho. This alteration was not only disappointing but made worse by the lack of disclosure from the owner. Furthermore, the ham sandwich lacked freshness and had an unpleasant taste, prompting me to discard all of them after just one bite. I deliberated for a week on whether to write this negative review, as a Vietnamese individual eager to support small Vietnamese businesses. However, I ultimately decided to do so for two reasons:1) It is a MUST for the business owner to learn from this incident and improve their business practices. Preparing excellent Banh Mi is a straightforward task for most Vietnamese restaurant owners. This incident highlights the owner's carelessness, as they seemingly attempted to cut corners by substituting boiled meat in the sandwiches and passing it off as grilled beef. Such actions reflect a lack of professionalism.2) It is vital for everyone, especially non-Vietnamese customers, to be aware that Banh Mi should not taste this way. The issue lies not with the Banh Mi itself but with the restaurant's lack of business ethics and disregard for its customers. Most importantly, it disrespects the essence of Vietnamese cuisine.
