We love Diners, and this one was fantastic! Had a late breakfast. The hash eggs Benedict was amazing. The service and atmosphere were great. Music was playing through a replica jukebox.
We used to occasionally go to this restaurant to get delicious lemon poppyseed pancakes and the taco omelette. We went in today and to our disappointment the ownership has changed hands, and so has the menu, now there is nothing unique about it anymore. Our food arrived, the chocolate chip pancakes looked and tasted good according to my son. My husband said that his meat lovers omelette was good. I got eggs, sausage and home fries. What a hidden gem!! It's very small but MUCH MUCH better than all of the much higher priced breakfast places in Cape Cod. The quality is EXCELLENT and very reasonable (for the Cape). The ambiance is quirky retro (you'll see lol) and charming. I had the Florentine eggs Benny and hubby had the sampler with everything including pancakes. Was our BEST breakfast out of the six we had that week. And the lowest bill!! Highly recommend it.
