Went through the drive-thru with my boyfriend. We started ordering our food, it was okay up until i started ordering my meal. i am a very patient person, but i had to repeat myself at least 5 times, my boyfriend repeating what i wanted twice, then finally got the confirmation of our meal. then as we pull up to the window to pay, we're told (after we've ordered) that the ice cream machine is down. i still didn't get the right food. just a very frustrating situation, sadly.

We're traveling through Brandon today and stopped here for drive through breakfast. After we drove away we went to start eating and we had recieved the wrong order. When we went back, the staff were incredibly helpful and fixed our order right away, even though it meant dropping new items because breakfast had just ended. They were very helpful and apologetic. 5 stars for customer service. Especially Leslie. Thank you all!

Got our order totally wrong but we ate it anyway. No time to turn around and straighten it out. The food was good just not what we ordered.
Thank you for letting us celebrate birthday at your restaurant. My daughter and her friends had a great time. Miscommunication happened and double booking happened but we adopted. Nothing wrong with singing birthday song and eating cake outside playland :) its spacious enough for 25 of us to eat our meals and let kids enjoy. My child had a good time that's all matters to me. Thank you
