“Not sure I can capture how I feel about Sabor Latino in one review. But I’ll try. In December last year, I contracted catering from here for a work function to feed 600 people. Every single step of the way the management at Sabor Latino remained highly adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to finding solutions that fit my event. The food provided, as corroborated by most other reviews on this place, was second to none. The staff worked extremely hard to make this work for us and they pulled it off with flying colours. Big kudos to you all.I’ve only actually eaten in-store once, needless to say it was awesome.The food: awesome. Fresh, felt made to order, and flavourful. I don’t know much about Latin-American food but the food they presented to me was absolutely killer.The service: again, second to none. The staff were extremely friendly and authentic people. On top of that, it was fast. I usually hate tipping cause it feels like it’s almost a given now.. not really something people earn. But I couldn’t tip high enough with these people. They earn every cent.The atmosphere: at the end of the day the hill I die on is cleanliness. Not at all a concern or issue eating here. The restaurant was very clean, it was appropriately decorated inside and there was more than adequate space for everyone to not feel like herded cattle.Overall: I can’t say enough good things about Sabor Latino. This place rocks and is, in my mind, the best restaurant in Brandon depending on what you’re looking for. I would 1000% recommend eating here if you haven’t already.The attached photo is of the platter that the restaurant provided for 600 people in the span of 3 hours.“
“After eating at Yorktons Taco Time on a few occasions we had to take a trip to Winnipeg on February 17/24. We stopped off at Taco Time in Brandon and all I have to say is WOW! Two ladies were working and they were wonderful! Yorkton could learn a thing or two about how to make a burrito from these ladies! 5 Stars right across the board! Service A++++ Will be stopping by again on future trips!“
“Great food, excellent quality meat choices cooked and seasoned properly.Fast service (wasn't very accommodating/not interested in educating me in the options, seemed very bored). Building "my own burrito" was very quick overall.However, the prices were way too high. Over 20 bucks for a wrap with mostly rice and corn? Maybe don't have 6 staff on with no customers present, and the prices could be changed. At this price, the food becomes a treat more than a regular go-to for a meal.“
“Going to be completely honest. I’ve tried multiple places that claim to be “authentic Mexican food” and they did not deserve that title what so ever . And being from California I have really high standards . I was visiting my girlfriend in Brandon and she recommended me this place so I went and was expecting another “Minot catastrophe” considering I currently live in Minot ND and all the Mexican restaurants are just not good at all. But I was simply blown away and proven wrong. This establishment superseded my expectations. I ordered the birria tacos with a side of rice and churros to finish it off and when I tell you I felt like I was in California I really do mean it. the tacos were questionably good for a Canadian location. Not to mention the rice was very soft and moist not dry, exactly how rice should be . The birria tacos were phenomenal I would even say better than some California locations without a doubt . The churros were a surprise as well and presentation was on point . Only feedback I have is maybe a little more portion volume with the rice but other than that this place was very good . Any time I visit Brandon Canada I will be spending my money here for a fact . Keep up the good work . Compliments to the chef but the owner as well for having a vision and an establishment that makes me proud for my raza. I’ll be back soon .“
