The food is always fresh here , I’ve never felt like I’ve eaten something that’s sat out. The staff is also super kind people!
I have visited there before also. The franchiser of this branch is so mean minded. When I was ordering he had no patience and told me that I don’t know how to order. Actually he made mistake for combination. He was arguing with me. His name is In name tag MO. When I asked for complain form to report this incident, he said he is the owner , they don’t any procedure to report. . I am requesting the upper level controller to improve this kind’s of misbehaviour. Even when I was sad and returning from the shop. He Said to me” I hope I will not see you again” I wonder how one business person can do this types of behaviour to customers. If we go through consumer minimum right , that’s behaviour is a totally opposite. ONCE AGAIN REQUESTING UPPER LEVEL AUTHORITY TO TAKE INITIATIVE TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS KINDS OF MISBEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER.
