Not to be mean, but the staff here needs some training. The last three times I've been here have taken anywhere from 10-15 minutes to get even just a basic coffee. I just got a Pumpkin Spiced Latte, the flagship drink of this season, with 0%milk and no whip, and the drink had both those things. This wouldn't normally have been a problem, but at the 13 minute mark, when I'm one of three people, getting a single drink is astounding. And, the instructions are literally printed on the side of the cup. Re-train or close it down; stop wasting people's time and money.

The service is terrible. Firstly , I'll say I'm sorry for not tipping, but it's personal for us but shouldn't be taken personally by your employees. We couldn't tip, again because of personal reasons, but we had 3 drinks that shouldn't take 10-20 minutes, and yet it took so long for us to get. Unbelievable.

I used the drive thru to grab two hot drinks and as usual were welcomed by a friendly batista and served by yet another barista. Why would I go anywhere else? Consistently is always appreciated!
