I’ve always liked Swiss chalet I like the fact it’s always clean. The food is always delicious and fresh. The fries are awesome. I’m giving it a five star. We had to wait a little bit to get a seat when we got it. We got fast service and good food.

After standing in the lobby by the hostess desk for quite sometime unacknowledged I was finally escorted to a table and given a menu, I quickly ordered my meal but was told that there would be a 15 minute wait for my chicken I didn’t really have much choice so I waited. Finally my meal showed up and it was cooked appropriately and tasted fine although I was surprised at the half full small bowl of the Swiss chalet sauce and when I inquired why there was so little the waitress simply quipped “that was what I got” ? I was one of only three small tables of guests and so I was curious why everything had taken so long but finally my dessert showed up, strangely markedly much smaller than the advertisement right in front of me (see photo) and then before I had even finished my dessert unceremoniously an interact machine was dropped in front of me and I felt like I was getting the bum’s rush even though the restaurant was basically empty. It was an okay dining experience but certainly not warm and welcoming or something that I’d like to repeat anytime soon, don’t get me wrong the food was fine it’s just the lapse in profession service that you should expect from a national chain that left me with that feeing.Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian optionsParking: Lots of free parking close to the restaurantKid-friendliness: Lots of space for kids and easy menu for themWheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair and physically challenged individuals

The place was filthy. Even the floors in the bathroom was sticky. It wasn't busy at all but felt like we were being pushed out the door. The waitress had eyelashes that looked like catipillars and nails longer than an inch. What if the false eyelashes fell into someone's food? How does she clean under those nails? Why would she be working in a the food service industry and think that was sanitary? Who's training these little kids? They forgot something on our order twice and took it off our bill which was nice.. it genuinely seemed like we were ruining a bunch of kids nights by walking in there. I'm actually embarrassed for this establishment. I've read these reviews myself before coming here and I thought people were trying to give some poor tweenage girls a bad review. Nope. This place was awful. The only thing that tasted good in my opinion were their fries.

Wow! After waiting over five minutes to be seated we called the restaurant and had someone finally seated us. Waitress took our order, part of our appetizer was brought to our table, then approximately 10 minutes later the remainder of it arrived, without even an apology. Waitress didn’t ask how our meal was, didn’t offer to refill drinks, I had to find her to ask for condiments for our daughter. When our bill arrived the waitress had the audacity to add an 18% gratuity to our bill (2 adults and a toddler) already inputted into the debit/credit machine, needless to say she did NOT get the 18% tip. Here’s a tip, if you want a tip of $11.04, maybe do your job and actually work for it! Will definitely not be returning to an establishment that obviously steals from customers.
