I'm getting really tired of the poor service inside Tim Hortons. Seems they always have five or six people serving the drive-thru and one or maybe two staff serving customers coming into the store, even with a long line-up inside. Today, we walked into the store South End of Brandon. There was a couple and a single lady and a mother with a baby waiting ahead of us. I was at the counter ,they leave and what I was going to buy ,got sold to drivein ,even though I was there over five minutes waiting. I guess drive through customers are more important. Very dirty as the server put his hands inside cups with no plastic gloves on..
