I ordered a medium ice cap this afternoon. Took me awhile to finish it but when I got to the last sip I felt something hard in my mouth. I took it out and it was a fingernail clipping! I took a pic of it after I put it back inside empty cup. Absolutely disgusted by this. I was in my truck didn’t take the lid off or straw out. Didn’t clip my nails. I don’t want any from this location no refund no free drink nothing! Clean your machines and watch your staff closely.

Quite honestly this location has gone down hill the workers don't seem to listen or just don't care. Each time I go there I order my coffee and a "water with ice"....only a few things happen...I either get just water and No ice 99% of the time....I have to suddenly pay for said water some of the time...and this time I got warm water. Like it populates on the screen I said it nicely and clearly and still this is what happens every time. It's not just with water either I have to repeat myself multiple times half the time when ordering.

Guy that works there was rude and disrespectful all we tried to do was order them he kicked us out then went sat down on his phone like WHAT!! I literally have a picture of him sitting down on his phone after kicking us out.

I went to this Tim hortons for dinner this evening and ordered 2 bacon English muffins. They said there would be a 4 minute wait. This was the SECOND Tim hortons I had visited this evening. The last one had NOTHING!!! I did not have a problem with the 4 minute wait, however after wasting about 15 minutes at the previous Tim hortons and to drive to this Tim hortons, I was low on time in my 30 minute break. I also ordered a chocolate chunk cookie and they said they didn’t have any. I decided no cookie was not worth the wait. I am deeply disappointed and will be paying for this Tim Hortons.

I went here and was going to order some donuts, they said they had none, so I was like okay ill take some timbits, they said they had none, then I asked for some cookies and muffins and they said they had none to both of those. they were literally advertised on the order menu so maybe don't have them up there if you don't offer them? And TIMbits is literally the first 3 letters of this restaurant. I don't know what the point of even having a bakery is if you have nothing there.

First time I got a ham and chedder I got home and realized there was no meat. Had to drive back across town to get it fixed. Last two times I ask for no tomatos I end up with tomato's. The foods okay but only order it exactly as it comes they don't remove when you ask.

All I want to say is that I appreciate whoever's decision it was to start toasting and warming up the jalapeno savoury pastries. I also want to say that I appreciate the person who came up with the orange ginger quencher I had with them. The pastries were delicious warmed up and had a nice kick to them, and the quencher was very refreshing and delicious. Thanks for packing my order up with such care. The pastries arrived nice and warm and weren't squished, and the drink had just the right amount of ice. I'd show photos, but I ate and drank everything very fast! Well done!
