I feel that the burgers are becoming sloppy and not appealing. I also feel that they are becoming g smaller and less meaty.I feel I ate more bun and paper thin pattie for both chicken and French onion burgers. The patties are getting smaller, and yet I am paying well over 27.00 for small bun filled burgers . Wendy's was my favorite burger joint, but it is becoming a money grabbing slap it together flat sandwich instead of feeling like you are having a real burger. I am getting disappointed with how food is coming out of the dining place and feeling like I am getting ripped off.

Terrible service. Ordered a coke that tasted nothing like it normally does. 0 flavor. went and told the employee and they try and get it from the back and this one was flat and still no flavor. they get a so called manager who took forever to even come help and he says there's nothing he could do..wouldn't even offer a refund. Then says "you just have to wait" yet I am needing to go to another appointment so I can't wait longer and says you can just get a different drink. Well I paid for a coke and do not want another drink. He refuses to help, and says he'll go get me a different cup and after a few minutes he still hasnt returned so we need to leave without anything. Terrible service coming from a manager.

Dine-in was excellent. Drive-thru window was not as good. Overall my favourite place for fast food.
If I can I’ll give negative stars because even the store manager doesn’t know about customer service and how to deal with customers. I just wanted to order on phone to pickup my order so that I don’t have to wait for it when I arrive I tried to order and when told me I could not I asked for manager that guy didn’t even know how to speak English or anything he said that he was store manager and that I can go walk in and order pickup, isn’t that stupid ? Are you stupid pickup meaning I didn’t want to wait and he said I can order from skip, door dash or mobile app why ???? You guys wanted to earn out of the apps that is why ? That was 1st time I was craving something from that place and wanted to order never ever going or would suggest my close ones to go there. Rubbish you people are worse manager you have gotten. Maybe you need to work on how to take proper care of customers rather than just saying no without even listening to customers wish.
