After I finished walking down the line to order my food, the employee tells me my total and I pay. The employee looks at the screen, she sees I didn’t tip and not only did her facial expression show she wasn’t impressed, she “accidentally” shoved my order into the glass container of cookies. I’m disappointed and upset the employee reacted in such a way that was visible to the customer, very unprofessional and rude.Fast food customers should not be expected to tip when you’re already getting paid hourly to do your job.

The indian lady at front desk who takes orders ,seems like supervisor or shift lead was very rude. She has zero idea about customer service and has no etiquettes. While taking my orders she was speaking in very rude way which was not professional at all .I will never visit this place again ,spoiled my mood.I was big fan of subway but if i am going to get such rude behaviour from staff i will prefer not to visit it at all.

The indian lady at front was so rude had some ego problem. Just a suggestion if you can’t serve the customer better and can’t handle don’t come to work. You should keep you attitude in your pocket before coming to work. She ruined our day.

In my last experience at the Deacons Corner Subway I ordered 3 sandwiches, two of which went without issue. The other sandwich was a Footlong gluten free sandwich, gluten free buns come in individual 6 inch packages, so the staff completed the first half of the sandwich without issue. But when it came to the last bun the staff member cutting and preparing the bun failed to cut the bun all the way through, and upon attempting to separate the top half from the bottom half, broke the bottom half. After which the worker than properly cut the bun all the way through and separated the two halves, during which i noticed the break in the bottom half, it was a long tear right down the middle of the bun and would’ve made any sandwich using that bun susceptible to falling apart quite quickly. Thus I asked for a replacement bun, to which the worker complied, quickly tossing the bun and grabbing another one all without saying a word. They then completed the sandwich and I paid for my order. However, looking over the receipt for the order I noticed I was charged for three gluten free buns and not two, assuming this was simply a small harmless error on the staffs part, i went back into the store to point out the error. Upon which they told me that not only were they aware of the charge, but that it was intentional. I was being charged for the bun that they threw out upon my request for a replacement bun. I pointed out that if they tore a regular sandwich bun they would surely not charge the customer for the bun, considering that the bun was in a state of being inadequate for its intended use. To this they replied that it was store policy, due to the expense of the gluten free buns. A store policy that not only was ridiculous by its very nature of requiring customers to pay for faulty products, but that I wasn’t informed of upon my initial request. Even more annoying was that the staff members had an entire air of annoyance upon them after the initial beginning request for a gluten free sandwich to begin with.Considering this experience I have a few questions in mind.Is it subways, actual policy that customers pay for faulty products? (will they charge an individual for extra cheese if a customer complains about their cheese being clearly soggy or crusted and asks for a new piece?)Is it subways policy to make customers with certain dietary restrictions feel as if they are welcomed by the franchise? What is this subway store going to do about this clearly gross extortion of its customers?

The man who built my sandwich started to make fun of the order. I don’t tolerate that type of disrespect and would have a word with him if I see him again.

A great experience! Nice, clean and friendly establishment with the owner proudly making the sandwich that you want, right before your eyes. Want double the meat and cheese, pay an extra $1.50 to 3.00 and quench your hunger. After my sandwich was made, he had to cut it in two, IT WAS THAT BIG!!!The sandwich was fresh, tasty, and filled with mouth-watering ingredients on a fresh baked loaf bun. I couldn't ask for more...

Subs were great but the cookies were awesome!

The staff at this subway are not interested in making your sub or salad as you like it. We are truck drivers and we go to Subways across Canada. This subway is the least accommodating.

It's not the best one I've been to, and not the worst. There is one gal in particular who does a great job, otherwise can be kind of hit or miss.
