I gave the food and atmosphere ratings based on prior visits - as we did not stay.Went into the lounge side - not particularly busy for a Saturday at 6:00. After 5 minutes, the bartender deemed us worthy of menus. Didn't ask for a drink order - just told us our server would be right with you. How wrong she was. The person who would have been our server passed by us on numerous occasions without acknowledging our existence. Not even the "be with you in a minute". Customer service was not a priority - she was not moving quickly for anyone. Eating out is so expensive these days, pick it up or get another job. And yes, I am a boomer.

I went there with a group for dinner, and had the kickin' memphis chicken sandwich. The fries were severely undercooked and soggy, while the chicken sandwich was hard. There service was good but mixed up a few things. And the room we were sitting in was so loud you had to lean in to understand the person sitting right next to you. Would not recommend.
Probably the worst service I have ever had..won't be back. Restaurant not busy, 230 pm and the waiter was running around and not organized. Smelled of B.O....manager was totally dropping the ball, sitting at staff table, disappeared for most of our visit, was "shocked " we didn't get our bill, just terrible. I have been there before and it was ok. Won't be back.

I came to watch Montreal Canadiens game. I waited 10 minutes for a hostess to come and was told there was at least a 30minute wait. She suggested the lounge, I went there and was seated immediately. Then I waited another 10 minutes for service. The server than came walked past me at least 10x while I waited. Then the staff couldn't get the game on the TV's. Apparently there was no subscription to the hockey channel. Really? BP sponsors the NHL. They even have a promo for when the Canadiens are playing. Then the staff knew nothing about the promo. I had to show them the website. What's worse is the server asked me to show it to him twice. Second time he came back and said the manager OK'd it. Then I waited 20min for my pizza. Kind of a long time for an 8". It came by another server that asked if I wanted parmeson. I waited 5min and started to eat. The guy never came back. Then I ate and watched another game and when I was done tried to get the server's attention. I waited another 15min to ask for the check, the server asked to see the website again because he said the manager couldn't find the discount code. I waited another 15min and the manager showed up and asked to see the website. Seriously, they don't know their own promos AND they can't find it for themselves?? AND...I had to be asked three times??? REALLY??? The only good thing is that the pizza was excellent and it was a good deal for $10. Bottom line, good food, bad service.

Very disappointed with my last order. We ordered takeout. 5 orders of wings and 2 pizzas. The wings barely had meat on it, some had NO meat at all. Pizza was burned and dry. Spent $100, had about $20 worth of food. I want my money back or nxt meal of same value for free.

Really disappointed with BP delivery. Ordered three meals to a hotel that’s five minutes away because ordering online wasn’t working. We got the food almost two hours after we ordered (ordered at 6:30, food arrived for just after 8:20). We had called a few times throughout as they originally said it would be 45 minutes. After every call, they said it would only be 10 more minutes due to the drive. The food we got was cold, soggy, and missing sauce. We called to see if we could get some money back or new meals sent, and they sent new meals which also came a lot later than they initially said they would. We got the new food and the special orders we had requested the first time weren’t made correctly the second time, even though they confirmed that it was the same as the first order. Really sad because we waited and postponed plans because we kept getting told the food would arrive in 10 minutes, and the food both wasn’t good and wasn’t made right.
Tina did not let me pay for my food. Big letdown.
