Food is randomly consistent. One day it will be amazing, the next you’ll get crunchy meatballs. Like yesterday. I’ve never ever in my 20 years of eating subway, have I ever had crunchy meatballs.I understand the economy is hurting and it’s hard to operate a business, but poisoning your customers isn’t the way to do it.

This restaurant is on Hwy3 / Thornhill St and easy to find driving through the city. I went in at about 8:45pm. Half the lights were out, the server asked for my order immediately and said they were closing soon. In other words, she was rushing me to get my order and get out so she could go home. While she did a good job of preparing my sub and I was charged correctly, I was not impressed with being rushed. The fact is the place had not closed and there was no reason to deal with a customer that way. I'll go back but in no hurry.

I order online GreenGoddess sub and ended up getting rotisserie chicken on it I am vegetarian. I went back to ask why there is chicken in it and the reply of the Natina was that I didn’t see it was veggie I thought it was green rotisserie. She didn’t apologize at first and made an excuse that I should have not taken a bite. She said why did you take bite. The simple thing how do you know without taking a bite ? Such a stupid employees. She can’t do refund too. She needs to be fired.

When we walked we were not greeted. She was rude to her coworker and told us our coupon we had received in the mail had already been used. She didn’t have very good people skills. It felt like we were inconveniencing her. We will be going to winkler from now on.
