Staff default to servicing the drive through while those inside wait in line and wait and wait… Hey, I think our money is good too? Yelling loudly for someone to service the counter works, but they hate you for it and I shouldn’t have to go to this extreme anyway. Otherwise though, in store customers become invisible.The coffee and baked goods are fine but any time I’ve had hot food items they seem like they’ve been living on a heat rack far too long.

Awful service with an attitude. Slowest, most unorganized Tim's staff I've encountered. Drive thru seems to serve one car at a time, meaning they will hold you at the order board until your order is ready then ask you to drive forward. They can have 10 cars waiting to order and no one past the order board accept the one car picking up their order at the window.

And even after you have to call out and ask for help they will look at you and still ignore you. And there was NO ONE in the drive through so they’re not BUSY, they’re just ignorant.
