The macarons and baguettes are delicious. The macarons are great and I like the taste of the inside of the baguettes. I like the French decorations and the people working here are very friendly. The eclairs are really mouthwatering. This is a certified five star bakery.Kid-friendliness: For a kid like me, the employees are very nice to me.

Their Pistachio Roll was raw (I'm pretty sure bread is not supposed to pull Iike cheese lol). The owner can defend all they want, but pictures do not lie. The two loafs of bread we got were frozen! Definitely not freshly made this morning. My fiancé was born and raised in Quebec and he is very disappointed. Don't waste your time or money here.

This place has been a go to for us for years and have always enjoyed the pastries so we stopped by last weekend. We grabbed our usual creme brûlée, and mixed fruit tart. I’d say they tasted pretty good but could’ve been better. The creme brûlée tasted like it could have been torched a bit longer and the tart filling didn’t taste as decadent and rich as before. Staff were speedy at processing our order but overall I feel like we overpaid for the quality that we got. Will likely give it another try again but probably not in the near future and maybe a smaller order since we also ended up getting other items that also tasted relatively good but not spectacular.

The published photo of the rasberry tart, with 8 raspberries and looking luscious, is nothing like the tiny dry rectangle with 4 rasberries that was received. An utter disappointment thanks to deceptive marketing that shows a picture completely different from the shoddy item received.A complete rip-off.

This place is great! The pastries are all fantastic, and the staff are so friendly! The lemon tarts are one of my favourites but honestly you can't go wrong with any of the choices.

Everything is delicious. Savoury pastries and sweet treats are all fantastic. The baguette is like visiting a bistro in France.

I’m aware that this bakery is under new ownership so I have a lot of patience. The people working there are wonderful and friendly! The pastries look delicious. This bakery has always been a favourite of mine. However, the last two times I have been in have been such a disappointment. The first time I received beautiful pastries, but I am certain they were old. The donut was hard/stale, nothing like the soft fluffy cream filled beignets I was previously used to with this bakery. There a couple other items I tried that also tasted old compared to how they used to be. I figured it was a one off, we all have our off days and I gave it another chance. I often purchase $40-60 in single pastries alone and my most recent experience was similar when it came to the product tasting old/stale. Unfortunately, I won’t be back and this makes me very sad. Out of the many items I purchased, only one was what I would consider consumable. The products here used to be top line, worth the hefty prices! It is no more though, don’t waste your money.Edit: I am sorry you are not coping well with your negative reviews. Unfortunately, no one needs your approval on a negative review, it just shows your lack of accountability. The recipes may be the same, but I can take a recipe a 5 star chef makes.. does not mean I will make it the same. The selection is wonderful, and I see others have commented on this as well because there is always lots.. I suspect a downfall to your stock is that you make too much and sell day olds the next day, which she be disclosed to customers if they are coming into a bakery expecting something fresh and paying around $5 per item . I stand by my stale comment, if I wanted day old donuts, I would go to Safeway.

My daughter stopped on her way to my house for coffee. I have always loved the tarts/eclairs/donuts from here even though they are pricey. This mornings selection was very disappointing. Dry, stale. All four items purchased, 2 1/2 items were tossed in the garbage. We will have to find a new bakery as this one has lost its magic.

Big sad! Not good since they sold off. Does not taste the same. Has nothing to do with the people/culture

New owners are doing a great job. If they didn't tell you there was an ownership change you'd never know.

Im sorry but it’s not like it was before. The macarons are soooo hard. Very disappointing specially since they went up in price . Was it 27$ for 12 plus tax . Nuts
