I find A& W to be very expensive. Their buddy burger on their extra value menu, is the size of McDonald's smallest hamburger and starts at around $3.00. If you want a chicken buddy burger it will cost you close to $5. Want a mama burger combo, it will cost you close to $12.00, forget about some of the other burgers. I ordered their chicken buddy burger which was tasteless. It had absolutely no flavor except for the bread that covered the chicken.The staff also needs experience with providing good customer service. When they give you your food, you should not have to ask for napkins, they should put napkins in the bag with your food.
