For some reason they cooked my onion rings on the grill, clearly burned , clearly flat on each side, and when asked about it they denied it, pretty sure they were old rings no one ate, then reheated in the grill. then each employee ( 2 a&w 1 petro) started talking to eachother in their own language, saying who knows what, they could be saying spit on his food for all i know. extremely rude and unprofessional to do that in front of customers . I need some response. Employee did not have a name tag, and not proper uniform, he did say his name but I don't want to try to guess how to spell it.

Customer service was likely the worst I've ever seen at a fast food establishment. So terrible that it drove me to write my first ever review of a restaurant.The gentleman working the counter kept his head down and didn't notice me until a few minutes of waiting. I ordered 2 mama burgers and he asked something completely unintelligible due to how quietly they were mumbling. Upon me asking to repeat what they said as I didn't understand, they snapped at me: 'Do you want Cheese?! Or not?!' as if I had just insulted their mother. Upon handing me my order, they again mumbled something to me that I'm not sure I want to know the meaning of. It was not 'Have a nice day' in any case. I don't consider myself hard of hearing; this was something else and consistent with the other reviews I've seen here.Clearly the workers here do not want to do their job and are miserable. The burgers were okay, but they were thrown together with clear spite that made them hard to enjoy.Don't come here and let the employees spread their misery to you.

Exceptional service. Our Burgers and Onion rings were fresh. Eisha served us and she was excellent, polite and friendly. Very fast drive-thru lane as compared to other neighbouring restaurants.

Terrible. Horrible. I asked for an uncle burger and they gave it without the cheddar and bacon. Asked them about it. Just told me that there was a uncle burger without cheddar and bacon arrogantly as if I committed a war crime. Searched vigorously afterwards to check, and to my surprise all the uncle burger that is offered is CHEDDAR BACON UNCLE BURGER. Hate this place.

Not a coffee drinker nor do I drink root beer due to health reasons. This is one of the few places in this city where I can get a cup of tea without arguing for it or demanding it. The staff always friendly here and great place to come and unwind after shopping. Only negative point wish they would include tea in the dollar coffee special.

Title: Inconsistent Experience, Disappointing Customer Service⭐⭐☆☆☆I've always had a soft spot for A&W, but my recent visit left me quite disappointed. The food was up to the usual standards, but the customer service was far from it. The person taking my order at the drive-through seemed to be in a different world altogether. Her voice was barely audible, and her demeanor made it seem like I had committed a grave offense by placing an order. It's disheartening to see the state of customer service these days, with a complete lack of smiles and an excess of attitude. I hope A&W takes a closer look at their hiring process and addresses these concerns, as they're tarnishing the experience for loyal customers like myself.

Do not buy food here, they do not wash their hands after touching money and register, and they will throw your change at you instead of handing it to you, when confronted i was told i was being mean and rude. I would not buy any food here and just go to the real a n w across the road.

The staff here sure takes o out of Country. Out of this, out this out of that they don't tell you instead substitute it with something you did not ask for. Cannot even get coffee right. Coffee Tasted toxic like the voices of tongue judging each patron to walk in. Much like the Washrooms are locked (locks automatically) maybe the staff here are treated inhumanely?? Possibly overworked? Very disingenuous. What's next a hole in the ground for the Washrooms? I don't expect that in this minus O country.Be nice your lack of love reflects the quality of your product!
