We were there last night my husband had the garlic and mushroom steak tips with mexi rice. The tips were tough and the rice was a sticky blob. I had the burbon chicken a shrimp. Chicken was so over done fry and hard around ends. It was swimming in grease even though I said no big blob of butter. Won’t be back anytime soon

We first got greeted and having our 2 children with us and their grandma we asked for a booth. We were very clearly told we can't have a booth and have to take the lounge, with raise stools and tables.... Ok we took that but seriously whose does that? Oh right Applebee's does right I forgot!We ordered our food and got our drinks in decent time but that's was the end. We waited 1.25 hours for our food! Kids getting tired and upset about waiting... My drink never refilled till I called them out for making us wait 1.25hrs for our food.Our server apologized for the delay, I very sternly told her that's unacceptable and I refused to pay for the food. She calls the manager and 15 mins later manager comes and says we'll give 50% off I respond again with this is unacceptable and was not gonna pay anything. She insisted and gave excuses to cover her a** which the waiter earlier had different excuse.(Maybe talk about what excuses you will use and make sure manager and server agree on excuse choice of the night)In the end I accepted the 60% off including the drinks. Food was good.

My dinner was amazing I had the Fiesta Lime Chicken. My wife has short ribs and they were not good at all and didn't look great. Waitress was good however she disappeared (I know people get breaks) for a bit when we had no drinks left. All around ok but nothing special. The place is starting to show its

I have been to this location 5+ times now and I always enjoy my experience! The service at this location is particularly good and they always make you feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Food is always hot, fresh, and of good quality. If you have never been to Applebee's they offer Canadian, American, Mexican food. It's not the best quality, but it is very good value. Really big portions you get your money's worth. They also have good dinner and drink specials daily. Will be back!Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with lots of selections unlike most places!

Food was perfect, albeit took a bit longer than expected. Not incredibly busy. Service friendly and unobtrusive, which is as it should be. The restaurant needs a physical refresh here and there.Kid-friendliness: Had two kidletz with us. They had loads to pick from and enjoyed their meal. Lots of options for sides, beverages and dessert for them too

The food is consistently tasty ! However I've noticed that when I dine in as apposed to take out I'm served a larger potion of fries. Take out French fry portions are quite a bit smaller. They should be equal.
A bit pricy for kids , but food was delicious. Server was very helpful and prompt service.

Excellent atmosphere and service at the Regent location last night.Had my favorite Bourbon St Steak with mushrooms and onions with mashed potatoes. Meal was served promptly and hot. The steak was a bit chewy for me but was tasty. There were plenty of onions, but too few mushrooms.With those minor shortcomings, it was a great experience ?.
