I left the local bar burrito, a place I normally enjoy going to, with a quesadilla on the grill. This was at 1:00 pm on Sunday Dec 12, 2021. I left because the woman making my food kept giving me a really bad attitude, when I asked for the large quesadilla, one where the price isn’t advertised, she got upset and said the price. The main issue came when ordering the burrito. I asked for a cheese guacamole and bean burrito but when she started putting on the toppings she would put on very little and would go on to say: that’s how we all do it now. Left disappointed because if how she treated me is how she treats everyone, I feel sorry for the customers who get her on a bad day. I hope to return to better service, but if portions need to be so small it feels like you can’t afford to provide service at a standard then I worry you may not be able to afford to keep customers happy. -17 years experience in the food industry
