Food was fine, but ordered on the app and selected Delivery, and order went through as Delivery on app. Waited an hour for my food before calling and asking when it would be delivered, only for them to say their location doesn’t deliver, despite still charging the delivery fee, and no phone call telling me they didn’t deliver. Waited an hour for delivery, and had to pay for an 80$ Uber to location anyways even though I was charged the delivery fee

Honestly it's been a pleasure coming to barbarito for the last 2 years. I recently started to come here more and more becuase the food is always fresh and hot. There are few a names I would love to mention these guys becuase they are always on there A game and doing there best to provide the most amazing customer service out there possible aru and riz they both need to run the show and teach some other employees at other locations about what customer service is all about thank you aru and riz for great service and thank you barbaritto for keeping me happy

Ordered online at 4pm for pick up in evening. When I got there, they haven't even made it yet and they made me wait for it for 15 min extra as they didn't start my order until they finished serving all people in line who actually ordered after me.Staff was not even apologetic about it. I ordered 1 burrito and 1 bowl.It was really frustrating to wait as i ordered 2 hours in advance to avoid that because i was getting really late. When I opened bag later they didn't close the lid of bowl and everything fell off inside the bag. Even burrito didn't have correct toppings that we ordered and were printed on receipt.

Riz is absolutely amazing! Great food and better service ! The 3 times I've been here I've been treated so well! Definitely my favorite place to eat out ! Riz even mentioned they have kids options for my little ones to try for our next visit!

Ordered for pick up. When I got there, they haven't even made it yet. Which is fine since I can wait however with the toppings... It was printed on the receipt specifically what I wanted.But the staff just just added what they thought I wanted anyway when I asked why they put the toppings I didn't even ask, both staff told me "it's good for your skin" yeah but I didn't ask for those toppings though.... Stop telling me it's good for my skin bruh please read the receipt and stop insisting to just leave it on. Ahhhhhhh
