Great place. But have never had any luck in the past two years with a can of Lumberjack. Pour - Foam - Pour - Foam - Finger swirl foam.I just stopped buying it. I just don't want to give a bad review to a great place over one thing.

I have been a patron of Barn Hammer since July 16, 2016.It has become one of my favourite places in the city. Every single staff member to ever work here has got to know me by name, and I ALWAYS look forward to the conversations we have at the bar into the closing hours of the night.I brought my brother here for his bachelor party, I've ran into and reconnected with old friends, I take my kids here on dates (they have sodas, board games, and a Nintendo!), and it's the best spot for an after work pint.The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, with multiple seating choices to balance between quiet and secluded, and open and conversational. And in the summer the patio has both sunny and covered sections.Small brewers and businesses always need our support, and visiting places like these only helps build a bigger and more vibrant community.Thank you BHLove,Jordan

Barnhammer has a great atmosphere. The decor is that of an old barn that you would see in anywhere in Manitoba. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell and they (the beers) are all actually brewed on site.The seating style is long wooden tables and tall stools which encourage patrons to sit together and has a communal feel.Their products can either be sampled in flytes, pints, by the growler or purchased in pre filled bottles.They dont sell food but you are able to bring your own or order in. This is a really nice touch and is essentially the icing on the cake.
