I could eat the jerk vegetable roti every single day. The chickpeas were cooked to perfection, the veggie mix was spot on, and the way it all came together was flawless. I added in a samosa and that was also incredible. Way too much food for one person, so I am grateful my husband was there ti share.I love that Bindy’s is on the quieter/calmer side of the market. Good spot for conversation and an enjoyable setting for a meal.

Man, been going here since I was a kid, over 15 years. Hate to say it but once the father passed away the quality went down alot. The pricing now is just ridiculous. 15$ for a POTATO ROTI. Takes a long time to get an order. It's rare you can get fresh shells. No matter how early or what day you go. And when they threw my aloo pie in the microwave..I knee the days of fresh goodness was over.

Awesome West Indian food. I love their doubles. The staff are so friendly and they make you feel like you’re at home. Also love going to the food court and people watching while listening to the buskers of the Forks! It’s so charming.

5 stars for the scotch bonnet hot sauce! After a couple of tastes I got cocky and poured it all over my potato roti like I was invincible. It sneaks up though.I’m sitting in the food court with watering eyes right now and I don’t know if it’s from happiness or the burn but I’ve never felt so alive. The lady working the counter was super awesome and proudly told me she made the hot sauce that day when I asked for a second one. P.S put a little in the pineapple chow.

I ordered the J*** Shrimp Rice and Vegetables today. As I told the lady my order, she visibly rolled her eyes and sounded annoyed as she passed my order to her other coworker. I saw them pull a baggy out from the fridge and put the shrimp and veggie on the hot pan. Microwaved the beans and rice. The salad was made to order, which was good. After the order was made, she handed it to me like I had just inconvenienced her from ordering there. The food was okay, but everything else was bad. I'm never going to go there or recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent Roti with generous portion of meat and authentic Roti shells. They also have Pattie’s and other dishes .they are located at The Forks near the back where all the food court are .

I recently visited Bindy's, a Caribbean restaurant located at The Forks, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed.Service was friendly and open to answer all my questions of the food. The menu at Bindy's has a variety of Caribbean dishes, ranging from roti wraps (I ordered the bison) and j**** The shrimps and meat were juicy and tender, and the seasoning was perfect. They also have sodas from Trinidad and Tobago which are really cool. I would highly recommend Bindy's to anyone looking for a flavorful and authentic Caribbean dinning experience.

Says authentic Caribbean food ?? They were not Caribbean and the so called j*** chicken was disgusting.. they have no idea what they are serving because authentic j*** chicken DOES NOT COME WITH VEGGIES AND BROCCOLI ???? it was gross .. I watched them pull out little baggies from the fridge and dump the stuff called chicken into a pan .. watched the other girl handle the cash register and not wash her hands and make 4 doubles .. so dirty .. do not eat here trust me

Great experience! Have BINDY'S DOUBLES and loved it! So inexpensive, $4. Try it with a little hot sauce!

amazing food. The veggie chicken roti for me steals the show for me, and I also love a lot of the drinks here too. I highly recommend you check this restaurant out

So someone's been recommending this place to me for a while and in the end,I was slightly dissapointed. The Roti was DELICIOUS,and acted as a buffer against the incredibly spicy chicken. The Pineapples tasted a little old,and the the plantain chips didn't taste fresh at all. That aside,I loved the jerk chicken, but I have to say the heavy spices killed the experience for me.To make it worse, many items from the menu were missing so what I actually wanted to get was unavailable. The service felt rushed as well.I think this is still a good restaurant, and I would invest cautiously.

How can one not be happy when they can get doubles?! Doubles here were tasty, but both the bara and the curry were a tad on the dry side; however, the flavours were excellent. The cucumber chow was crisp and refreshing on a warm day. The aloo pie was very tasty. Everything was a little spiced for Trinidad authenticity, but not so hot as to not appeal to any customer. Service was friendly and quick.
