As for the food it was a hit n miss some stuff really good some stuff really badMenu is very hard to understand. Wasn’t sure at all what I was ordering nun was my wifeOver all great experience but not a place I would be returning to any time soon

My sister and I had our Friday night meet up at Bistro on Notre Dame. It was an amazing eating experience! It was our first time dining at the Bistro and we loved it! The Zaayoon soup was delicious! We shared a platter that had duck, bison, walleye, mushrooms, onion rings, wedges of potato all done to perfection! We love foods that are rich with herbs and spices and they delivered! The bannock was soo good and the flavoured butters that were served with just took it across the finish line! We were so stuffed and satisfied that we had to bring home our dessert to eat another day? We had the Poochin Paen the next day and it was worth the wait!Finally, our server and host whose name I’m sad to say that I forgot ☺️ was so gracious and attentive.I will be going back soon!

ABSOLUTELY amazing food, we were very pleased with the wikbi freits (please excuse my spelling), the wildflower risotto (easily the best wild rice dish my girlfriend had had in years), and boolet was to die for. Finished it off with a soft and fresh cotton cake, this customer is very pleased. The service was excelent, with an attentive but not overbearing waiter, wonderful atmosphere with comfortable seats and a cozy but not cramped vibe. Very pleased and would go an hour out of the way to enjoy a dinner here. Thanks again!
