Staff totally forgot to make our sandwiches... waited 20-30 mins and then had to remind them..... 4 staff working, more then enough to accommodate the customers in store... in total waited 30mins for our order.....

So I was just at this booster juice and the service was terrible. The gentleman at the till was great. I was the only customer in the store when I went in. It took over 15 min to get my order. The thee women put no effort at all into their job. They should be let go.

I have been to this location multiple times before and have had good service. Went in today, two of the three people working there walked in from outside in front of me. They walked past the lineup and straight to the back and straight to prepping food and sticking their hands in the ice cream. I spoke up and asked if anybody was going to wash their hands before prepping the food. No comment, just death stares, the gal with the ice cream scoop put the scoop back in the bucket, and the two of them walked to the back to presumably wash their hands. No apology no sorry no nothing. I ended up walking out too as this doesn't seem to be the Booster Juice I want to eat at.

I tried the "Pumpkin" flavor. It is seasonal and it is made with pumpkin, mangos, bananas, vanilla oat milk, vanilla frozen yogurt and pumpkin spice. The pumpkin flavor was very mild. I could taste the bananas and the vanilla yogurt more. I feel like they have less booster shots and adds on then they did in the past. The regular size of the smoothie is pretty big, technically a large size cup. The service was polite and quick. I am not sure how popular smoothies are in the winter. My smoothie was thick but slushy enough to use a straw.

The new employees sit there on their phones & don’t try to hurry at at. I made my order & the employees just stood there & waited 5 minutes to even put the ingredients in the machine. There was also a blended smoothie sitting in the machine the whole time for no reason. People came in after me & they were served & given their smoothies before me.

Have been to this location many times, never really had an issue. Usually they are busy, so I wait there patiently. Today I got there at 5:40 pm and went to counter to order. I told the girl taking my order that "can you please expedite this as I start my work at 6:00". She said we will do it. Kept waiting there till 5:52. When people who came after me got served, I went upto them and asked for my order. They all seemed confused, guess what they forgot to make my order. Have previously worked in a fast food store, I understand that sometimes you forget things. Nobody in the store took responsibility of this and apologized to me. Management should train their staff for better customer experience.
