“Attending during off peak hours. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff we were dealing with, through conversation found out he was the manager. Great customer service and well informed in the craft. They have decent swag to purchase too. Really like the logos. Best part, the different types and flavours of beer. Was not disappointed. Particularly, enjoyed the festive flavours and the names associated with them. If anyone cares the location is really close to the forks a few blocks away. Not a bad walk when it's warmer, but could be a bit chilly in the winter.“
“We booked online for the dinner and a show both last Saturday and tonight. You can book just the dinner. It is 4 courses with delicious and thoughtful artisanal beer pairings. Pleasant and passionate folk guide you throughout.The food is exceptional and very creative. High end. Not what anyone would imagine in a brewery . Truly an amazing experience. “I have been a patron of Barn Hammer since July 16, 2016.It has become one of my favourite places in the city. Every single staff member to ever work here has got to know me by name, and I ALWAYS look forward to the conversations we have at the bar into the closing hours of the night.I brought my brother here for his bachelor party, I've ran into and reconnected with old friends, I take my kids here on dates (they have sodas, board games, and a Nintendo!), and it's the best spot for an after work pint.The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, with multiple seating choices to balance between quiet and secluded, and open and conversational. “My daughter and I had the veggie burgers and fries. Food was excellent, fries great, burgers excellent. She had a lager beer and said it was good. Weird layout -- there were three tables and chairs but they were so close together that although there was one empty (and we wanted to sit there), there was no room. To get your food, you had to go up an elevator to the floor above and ask around.“
“Our whole experience was great! Probably one o of the best restaurants I’ve been in a long time. Our server was amazing. As someone with dietary needs it’s always important to me to have someone who actually knows what the capabilities of the restaurant are, she knew exactly what I could and couldn’t have and went above and beyond to explain possible cross contamination. The food was also amazing I had the lamb sandwich and soup and both were delicious. We will be returning and recommending to all our friends.“
