All the coupons didn't apply to the new garlic burger... That's rude and highly disappointing. I still bought one and it was okay. The poutine gravy was top-notch, and the regular Whopper was good after I took off the lettuce...

The staff here are so sweet and friendly… to the point where I had to pull over and write this review. I live close by and in my car often for work, so I like to hit up Whopper Wednesday. Every single time, without fail, the staff are upbeat, warm and welcoming and seem to genuinely love their jobs. It’s such an oddly pleasant experience every time I come here because you don’t typically associate drive thru as a pleasant or fun activity… it’s a drive thru and you just want your food.Also, they NEVER forget to ask if I want ketchup… which I do and also forget to ask for. #notallheroswearcapes
I find that the burgers are cooked ahead of time and microwaved before servicing. Burgers are usually hard and dry, especially after a couple of bites. I'd rather wait 10 minutes or more for a freshly cooked burger ? and the fries ? are either great or barely warm. Again, that depends on the time of day.For the $15 to $20 for the meal, it ain't worth it if it ain't hot and juicy. It is time to start servicing what you're advertising. Hell, they don't even offer ice for the drinks anyway.

Nice to come to a newer location! I haven't been inside a Burger King for years! Very fast service! The staff seem to know what they are doing better than other locations, and serious about it. I didn't know, until now, how much that BK has to choose from! It is like an express restaurant, smaller....but clean, and smells good. The washroom, however, still has old-style toilet flusher, and low-running water for the hands, and no pepper towels for the hands....the lighting is dull too. I'll certainly be back for the food, however ??

The bathrooms don't lock, especially the handicap bathroom. Someone walked in when I was on the toilet.
