No reason i should be waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes at 8pm! 10 mins to serve one car is not ok. When asked about it, was told they only have 2 employees, so this is probably directed at management to be better.

The food is always cold and it's expensive as it is. Sitting there forever waiting for old cold food ?? Doesn't make sense to me. I tried the breakfast one morning and it tasted like it was made the morning prior. I almost turned around and returned it but I threw it out and just went home. You guys gotta do better. The staff needs to care. Or your location will be closed in no time and you won't have jobs.
