I had a great experience at Carbone. I am very into coal fired pizza, and Carbone was the place to go. My server was phenomenal. Nicole was her name. Along with the kitchen worker who made it, Nathan. Both very kind and welcoming. They both did not judge my order (which usually happens when i go for pizza). I got cheese pizza with Nutella. Highly recommend. Thanks Carbone!

Very good service, very good food, nice decor and overall atmosphere but it is in disrepair. A lot of repairs needed - chairs wobbly, paint touch ups, bathroom door hinges and burned out lightbulbs. I strongly recommend dining here, food is very good.

Came in to do a take out order... Fast friendly service. Pizza flavoring was spot on due to perfect combination of toppings and crust texture.
The charcuterie platter was delicious, the pizza was so-so (tried a new one with potatoes and a white sauce on the recommendation of the waitress but it wasn't our thing)
