The fries were hard and over cooked , the gravy and buns were ok but chicken was retaining the oil and a hardness on the skin - over browned and meat was kind of dry . My son found a hair in the overly runny yellow coleslaw . At one time the slaw was a nice creamy beige with crispness in the veggies. It was appealing to eat .We also requested to have no thighs or breasts and they agreed there would not be any in the order but we got them still . It was a disappointment. We miss the quality of family meals we got back in the day . Are there any Chicken Delight resturants around in Winnipeg that are still owned by the originals owners or at least passed down to their kin so at least the quality still stays good and the recipe still tastes like the original flavor and the preparation of the food is in its original way ?

Super polite and fast! I came during the dinner rush just before 6pm. It says to go but there is a small dining area inside that was clean and inviting.The guy at till spoke clear English and explained the price options for different meals and what was included. When requested a glass of water he offered to bring it to my table

The chicken is always great. All other items we have tried on the menu has been great. Do yourself a favor and call before picking up or get delivery. Ordering in store is just awful. Takes so long and they staff rarely speak English. So you have no idea what they are saying. Call ahead of time insures your wait time to a minimum. Delivery is pretty fast. Most of the time you will receive your meal before the quoted time. Just be very specific about your address and surroundings. The driver often get lost, so sometimes your food isn't as hot as it could have been. If you do dare to pick up without calling first, you are brave. Get ready for long wait times. Even if there aren't cars in the parking lot and it looks empty. The first, second and regrettably third time I went in without ordering over the phone didn't go well. On average I had to wait over 30 minutes each time. Not sure why, but when I asked I got the same answer. They ran out of chicken and had to make it fresh. This location is the slowest in the city. Call in first. Or order delivery. Those always take priority over walk ins. Oh and the front of the building parking lot. Just horrible. It is a nightmare. Anything over 2 cars is a nightmare. Park on the road. It will save your a dent or scratch.Parking: Cramped. Lack of parking. Difficult to move around other vehicles. You would be better to park on the street.

Had a really bad experience . I order Cajun Sandwich from this place for dine in and patty was so dry looked like they just microwave old patty and water was dripping from lettuce when i start eating sandwich

I ordered on Uber and went for pickup, wanted to use washroom but they were saying they don't it's open or close ir might be someone else is using it.

We are a group of 5 students. We always ordered from this place so we submitted an order again. Paid for it and didn't receive it. They didn't refund anything and blamed the innocent Uber driver. For shame.I had to apologize to everyone else and had to pay them from my own money. I paid for the food I never had and also for my friends who had paid me. Paying twice for nothing.But yeah... Uber refunded 5$ ?We will not be ordering again.
