I’ve heard so many good things about this place, and I was severely disappointed. My burger was over cooked and dry, the chilli has no flavour and is also dry. The chilli fries is basically just fries with dry ground beef on top. I couldn’t finish any of it. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but I will not be back to find out if that’s the case.

Extremely over rated burger place. Was excited to try it after hearing some recommendations. Either they like dry burgers or chili that’s super dry it beats me but this place is not good. Dry burgers, dry chili, no seasoning on fries. Very disappointed in my meal here. I will not be returning. Don’t recommend to anybody. Go to A&W next door.

I'm glad to see some things never change. Got my usual Fatboy and fries for the car. The staff was kind and courteous . The food was hot and tasty. By far still one of the best places in the city for a Fatboy and fries.

Amazing place, but they sell disco fries and label it as poutine. There is nothing wrong with fries, gravy, and shredded cheese until you mislabel it and lie to your customers. Poutine requires cheese curds. Without them, it isn't a poutine. They're disco fries, and selling it as a poutine is just strange. Still, this isn't a spot you want to miss out on. It's a staple in Winnipeg for a very good reason: Epic burgers. My favorite combo is the double fat boy and some chili cheese fries. While I struggle to forgive the poutine issue, it's nowhere near enough an issue to stop me from recommending this establishment to everyone. I just don't recommend the "poutine" if you are in the mood for poutine.
