Love the atmosphere here and the food is delicious! My personal faves are the house-made croissants and the Tsukune Japanese-style meatballs. Great music, comfy upholstered seating, classy serving staff, and tucked into the EQ3 shop away from the bustle of the mall. The prices are a little higher than elsewhere but not unreasonable for such good quality.If you need a spot to work, the counter has standard and USB power points.

Perfect way to start or end a shopping trip. The Cortado is delicious and the Machiato is done the right way. I feel bad for them having to explain that they don't do it the "starbucks way" because of how many people who've asked/complained.

I reserved for 5 people 24 hours before. Unfortunately, no one even bothered to call me that the reservation was cancelled because of a last minute function. We drove 30 minutes across the city and our company came all the way from Mitchell. I’ve read reviews that the restaurant is sometimes close due to special events that’s why I made that reservation to make sure. Reservations are not honoured here.

This was our first visit to EQ3, and we decided to stay for lunch in the Bistro. My wife and I enjoyed it completely. Our server was cheery and attentive. We shared the meatballs, the squash salad, and the brussels sprouts. Everything looked beautiful, and the tastes were delicious! We will definitely return.Sorry, we didn't take any photos.
Best coffee in the city. The barista is tops! Hope they know what a gem they’ve got! If I were opening a coffee shop I would 100% be trying to poach them.
