“Food was good. Service was poor. You still have to be able to manage walk-in customers and your caterings at the same time. I have worked in the catering restaurant business before, and I know what it feels like, but you shouldn't make your customers feel like an imposition. If you can handle both, then close the doors to walk in customers. I won't be back, which is a shame! Service goes a long way in my books!“
“Picked up some perogies, cabbage rolls, and meatballs, from Sevala's for thanksgiving and everything was just delicious. It tasted just like homemade with out all the hardwork of having to make it all. The staff was also very friendly and helpful!! Will definitely be coming back!!“
“I'm Ukranian, & finally found authentic Ukranian food. By far the best, I crave the cabbage rolls, & would not know they weren't made in my mother's kitchen. Also a very good selection of other foods. And ordering the large cabbage roll servings ahead make everything so simple for me. They also will send your order to their outlet stores for your local convenience for pickup. Prices are good & the service is warm, friendly, & very accommodating. Absolutely reccomend you try them if you want authentic Ukranian food.“
“Leberkase is made on Wednesday, available for pickup Thursday or later. Must call by Wednesday morning to pre-order for bake at home tray (current as of April 2024). I'm excited to have real leberkase in Canada (paired with mustard and some buns from the Crusty Bun).This shop is one of the last standing good European meat shops. This is the only place I'm willing to buy kassler (smoked pork chops). No where else compares!“
