Great food. Great staff. Good drinks. Place is very small so seating is not the greatest. You’re basically sitting shoulder to shoulder with others. It smelt like bleach/cleaning products. Maybe because you’re sitting right next to the kitchen. Food is good but very small portions even for this sharing style restaurant.

I will comeback to update my review with more details later when I'm less lazy. Just really wanted to give them a 5 stars and let everyone knows that they are amazing. We enjoyed their food so much. Easily best steak in town (and we been to 529, Soul Sol, Harth, Hy's and such before). I wished they had more options for drinks tho.

What a nice little eatery! Found it online, read the reviews and decided to give it a shot for date night with the wife. The food was absolutely amazing! I was a bit skeptical at first and concerned about portions seeing that I was hungry and the dishes had to be shared but was pleasantly surprised that it was perfect to share. The only downside to this lovely dining experience was that we were seated close to the flimsy entrance and within an hour I couldn’t feel my toes as it was COLD. It’s a busy place so the doors were opening regularly. I suggest a portable fireplace or something to keep the diners warm.

Loved the food. We ordered 5 dishes to share between the two of us. The ribeye and the spaghetti was amazing. Server was awesome. She listed all the ingredients in all of the dishes. Atmosphere was welcoming with great ambience, the open kitchen was a nice touch. Definitely a must try in Winnipeg!

Food, service, wine and decor - all excellent! Alana served us. It was great to try innovative Italian dishes and pair them with a light tasting Nebbiolo!! Just this place is a bit cramped. And the red tuna dish didn’t really blend well with the condiments/accompaniments. 4.5+ rating.Dietary restrictions: You are well taken care of - they ask if you have any allergies or dietary concerns before you order here.

Incredible food experience for a first date. Every dish was incredible, especially the beef tartare. Would highly recommend to every food lover but mind the price!10/10 will be going to it again.little cold when the door opens and slightly crowded, but I would love to see this place expand and be a little larger as it has a very romantic ambiance.

My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary, and we were not disappointed. It seemed that every dish was better than the last. We were specifically blown away by the cauliflower dish. The flavors worked so well together. Our server Christina was super friendly and fun. She went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal. We are looking forward to our next visit.

As usual the food is absolutely fantastic, I’ve never had a bad meal here and the service is impeccable.Their morel gnocchi was fantastic when they had it but if you go soon you need to try the asparagus with the crab and egg dressing.

Went here on our 19y anniversary because friends told us it was romantic. The atmosphere was quite nice. However, the service and a few dishes left us wondering how this restaurant was getting such high reviews. Total bill was over $270 with tip. There were a few dishes that were unique and special. The asparagus / chocolate tort / pork belly. Everything else was just regular. For the price, we felt it didn’t live up to the hype. The service was also lacking. We sat there with empty wine glasses on our table for most of the meal. For the bartender and staff to be less than 8ft away, we felt that was silly. We would have definitely ordered more wine if given the chance. You would think at $18 per glass there would be some urgency in getting to the table to ask if we wanted anything. We were also surprised to not get bread with our main. You know, since it’s an Italian restaurant. I asked for some and the waitress said I could pay extra for some sourdough bread. Fine. Ordered it and it never came. I’m sure their Google ratings will come down soon however I doubt their prices will. Steer clear.

This is easily the best restaurant in all of Winnipeg. Craft cocktails are inspired and tasty and everything I've ever consumed here was been extraordinarily delicious. Chef Bagshaw is a genius.

Was very excited to try but was left feeling unfulfilled. Went at 5pm and was surprised to see it empty for most of our visit. Some dishes were good some were just strange in my

Went to the restaurant today for the first time to celebrate my birthday. It's a small restaurant that has around 12-14 small tables. Our server was above and beyond, she explained to us the components of our dishes; food will be placed on the table one by one. We're really happy and impressed with our food. Dishes are often in small size and to share between 2 people. The price was worth it for the flavour.(except the fried chicken was kinda mid). Definitely we will be back again!!

We had a great time at Enoteca. Food was awesome & service was impeccable. The reason why I only gave 4 stars on the service is they don’t accept Amex even though Amex has them on their Dining credit list.

Everything was going great until…Let me provide you with more context - For weeks we had been researching the top rated restaurants in Winnipeg and we came across Enoteca. From the get-go we had set our mind in specific menu items that caught our eye - From starters like the toast iterations to the seafood and specifically to the fried chicken and the beef tartare. For us, the high notes were the chicken liver mousse toast, duck terrine toast and the tuna on the poached pears. Simple, packed a punch and freshness to it. However, later we got served the biggest disappointments - Fried Chicken and Beef Tartare. After “eating” these two dishes we agreed to have our heart checked after the copious amount of salt and grease smothered on these two items - and nothing fresh to break off the richness that became less enjoyable with every bite. Out of the two, the beef tartare was the worst offender - Simple, just check the ingredients: A bed of Pho aioli (!)+ cured meat (!)+ XO sauce (!). After trying to push it down with water, we gave up by toast No. 3 and left it on the table. After expressing sharing with our server how salty the dish was, they offered a…15% discount on THAT specific item. See image below.Dietary restrictions: They did accommodate the nut allergy - Except the terrine that was already integrated with the dish.
