“The kimchi fried rice - the chicken one was superb! It was flavorful and the portion was easily shareable among two persons. Overall all the dishes were reasonably priced. All the items are prepared fresh right in front of you. The staff is helpful in picking the items too. I would recommend here for a quick lunch.“
“This is my go to for sushi. I have been to many sushi places around the city and I've tried sushi gozen a cpl tines as it is in the same mall but hands down this is my favourite place. The staff is incredibly friendly the quality of the food is very high, and they put a lot of effort into making sure that everything is done really well. Highly recommend going here I often take my daughter and we always need to substitute something and they are completely willing to do so. “We went on a Thursday night and this place was super busy. We had to wait awhile for our fast food pizza slices and fountain drink cup. There was a group of people just waiting for their meal number to be served. I loved the 89 cents fountain drink with refills price! I love Brisk Ice tea so I refilled like 3 times lol. The pizza slice I received was huge! It was almost the length of 2 regular slices put together. My cheese pizza slice was also extremely cheesy. It was delicious. The inside of the store seemed a bit smaller than the Costcos in the big cities in the USA. Next time I will try the poutine at this St James location.“
“I love what they're done downtown! I moved away 7 years ago and dreaded Winnipeg visits and the lack of scenery downtown. I'm impressed with what they've built, and hope this place brings in more people and become more livelier.“
