Delicious hand pulled noodles in which you choose type for your dish. The fresh noodles make a world of difference and help to enhance the texture and well seasoned dishes. Service was Helpful and dishes came out fast with very large portions. Good value for the dishes. Is a chain restaurant with other locations in Canada. Limited vegetarian options. Soup base is beef or pork. Ample parking.
We had the lamb chow mein and it was very delicious. I would recommend this restaurant ? ?Noodles were cooked to perfection and the chilli oil added a great hot umami flavour. The price was very reasonable for a fantastic meal and the waitress was really nice.

You can pick from different widths of the home made noodles. From very thin to very wide. Nice. I personally prefer thin noodles. I hope they increase the menu items to include more side dishes.
