Overall an unremarkable and disappointing experience, long waits, tasteless food, and other than the music, zero pleasant atmosphere. For a restaurant proclaiming to be South American, other than the mediocre wall photos, nothing remotely suggested a Latin theme. They need a designer who's seen pictures of maybe Brazil and Argentina to splash some colour and iconic theme items around.Waited 20 minutes for a beer to arrive, and 45 minutes for the first salad course. Twenty other patrons also had nothing on their tables, so bring along a good supply of patience. Some bread on the table would have made the wait slightly less annoying.When the main courses arrived, my steak side dishes were all only luke warm -- the potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli and half-cob of corn. Nothing was South American style other than the steak sauce. Could have been at a hospital cafeteria. The serving presentation was just as boring with smallish utilitarian bowls for the sides. My wife's hot fish bowl came without a plate for the shells, "the kitchen forgot to include that" nonchalantly said the waitress.Hermanos must rely on nearby event spinoff business to survive. Very little attention given to create a great dining experience, especially for the price. If a major influential food critic were to write an honest review, they could close down this place. Management, which were nowhere to be seen, needs to wake up.

Service was great....some limited selections for beer as the taps where broken. Ordered a caesar salad with chicken. Salad didn't have promised bacon. So it was just lettuce, cheese, croutons and chicken. For $29, a bit disappointing. The lone server working didn't come by until after I finished, so never got bacon (and sure, I didn't come just for bacon).And even after I altered my server, I still got charged the full amount.

First visit. Definitely top 3 of all steaks we have had ever! Ordered 10oz Ribeye Baby Cabrera. The charing on the steak and balsamic reduction took this perfect cooked steak over the top for flavor! The included sides (corn, broccoli, mushrooms, mashed potatoes) were cooked spot on. The Mussels and Calamari for apps were nothing different that most other higher end restaurants but good. Atmosphere was nice and quiet till 630-7 when the live band started up. Bit too loud for our party but was right when we were stepping out. Definitely a go-to on our short list going fwd!

Went here for a friends birthday this past weekend. Immediately fell in love with the atmosphere with a warm, welcoming building and a live band (please never stop doing a live band!) and delicious food and beverages. Definitely coming
Another wonderful experience. As always the food is top notch, the atmosphere and ambience is great and the restaurant is clean.Had a great experience with the lovely server who was taking our drink order and guess my drink, spot on! My jaw literally dropped. Kudos to you, that made my night!

1st time here with the fiancee, and her friends. We all enjoyed our dinners. It was a little chaotic and loud in the beginning, but it became more relaxing when a bunch of big groups left almost all at the same time. Our server was great! The Ceasars I had were excellent!! Thank you Hermanos!

Went to hermanos with a gift card from before covid. The gift card does not expire and was told that I cannot use this gift card and they stopped accepting them after covid. I will be going to the better Business Bureau and bringing this to their attention as I want my money back from this scam that they have going on here. A family member got this card for me and spent money on it!

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food was always amazing and the service second to none. I understand our visit this last time was on New Year's Eve (very early seating) but the paella was dry, eggplant was lackluster, the "chefs choice vegetables" were corn and carrots, both without any seasoning and the meats on the meat platter were scarce, dry and overcooked. The only saving grace were the cocktails which most enjoyed. Until there's some sort of revamp, I can't see myself returning anytime soon.

Mussels came out cool, the LOMO which was suppose to be a Beef Tenderloin and I question that, was cold and chewy. Bland sides, not seasoned enough. Just so disappointed especially being our first time going.

My girlfriend and I just went there for date night and we were very impressed with the food and service from Jess!The service was fast. Our food was out to us very quickly and was very tasty. Jess was also very helpful when it came to allergies in the food. Didn't have to interrogate her like we have to at other places when it comes to food allergies we have. Quick and painless food ordering!
