Great experience. I had made a mistake on a very large order (totally my fault) and the staff was able to accomodate and go out of their way to fulfill the order changes last minute. Everyone who tried the cookies loved them. Thanks again to the staff who helped me out in a tight

Came here to buy some gifts and stopped in to try their cookies. It's a warm, inviting spot with a variety of different seating on the second floor. The person serving me that day was not very friendly (this was not service with a smile), but was very professional and assisted me with everything I needed. My favorite was the decorated with icing cookie. I think it was a sugar cookie. I could see myself having that with tea all the time. 5 starsI should add, I'm not usually one for this kind of cookie, so it has to be done well for me to like it.Their imperial cookies are also done very well, I'm just not a fan of almond extract. If you like it, it would probably be a 5, but for me I just don't. It's too strong of a flavor.Chocolate Peppermint sandwichLoved that it was like an after eight in a cookie form. Still, I need to be in the mood for this cookie. If I am it's a great choiceGinger molasses cookiepeanut butter oatmeal chew cookieI prefer mine softer and larger. These cookie type was a flatter more dense version.Flavors on it were good.I wouldn't choose these for myself, but if you like that kind of cookie then you'll enjoy them.Raisin chewI liked this texture but I'm not a fan of raisins in my cookies. This choice was my friendsParking was available in front of the building for free on the street.

Decided to come here after following High Tea Bakery on social media for a while. I wanted to try them out before I made a decision on catering for an event I was planning. I went in, purchased an assortment of cookies and was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. Unfortunately, the attitude of the girl at the front was not expected and incredibly disappointing. Barely said a word to me, prepared the cookies for me and not even a “thank you” or a “have a nice day”. I paid and I left. I know we all have bad days but this soured my experience. Appreciate the attention to making good products, though.

Wonderful sugar cookies, butter tarts and cupcakes. Great variety of espresso drinks and tea. The sitting area upstairs is very cozy and the service is great. Would highly recommend!

Heard great things, first visit. One of the best Imperial cookies I’ve had in the city, a bit jam and icing dominant but great texture. Lemon poppyseed shortbread is butter-forward and more on the savoury side. They have a good coffee and tea selection but it’s definitely an afterthought in quality to the bakery offerings. Lovely atmosphere, but loud pop country music was a deterrent though maybe to other’s taste.Vegetarian options: Non dairy options for coffees but didn’t notice if any of the baked goods had a vegan option - butter is champion here.

It's a cute place with delicious food, coffee and kind staff. What takes off a star is seating. There are only two tables available during the winter season and they are both beside the main door that when opened as frequently as it is, makes it very cold to sit and socialize. They need to reconsider their seating if they want to have that aspect available to patrons.

My husband and I came here for a walk, and we purchased some tea, and cookies for ourselves. It is a unique little shop with great curb appeal, and an upstairs tearoom. The cookies that we purchased from this little bakery were very good.
