I was a consistent customer of yours over the years when I would come to St. Vital Mall, the food has majorly declined over the past year . I decided today to give it a last shot and I will never be back ! I would give 0 stars if I could . I ordered a salad with side calamari . Food tasted horrible, lettuce was wilted , my calamari was extremely pathetic looked like crumbs of batter and tasted like old fryer oil and portions have become too small for the price . Not impressed.

Visit the store today after so long there was just one guy in the morning i guess the store was no open that time(around 10:15) the chicken souvlaki was not ready but he still manages to make me a great chicken pita within couple minutes after i told him i live outside the area. Mad respect for the man. The pita taste amazing like all time. Taste is exact same since i came here and i am happy about it. Great service, good food. I will come again for sure.

I have been a customer here since the store first opened. However, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality and quantity of the rice they serve. Also, It seems like they are now meticulously counting the number of salad ingredients, resulting in noticeably smaller portions. Additionally, I have encountered issues with the customer service, particularly with the bearded gentleman who seems to have an unfriendly attitude. He was rude and even nagged about my request with other employees when he thought I couldn't hear. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience for customers.

Overall just a very negative experience here, the portions were small and in comparison with Opa you get a lot more for the same price. Opa isn’t the most amazing thing in the world but I would argue it has the edge over Jimmy. Nonetheless, my biggest complaints was just the overall service and attitude from the workers. I firmly believe quality of service goes a long way and it was non existent here, employee didn’t even make eye contact and wish me a good day when he handed me my food. The employee was looking off to the side and just handed it over the counter.

Had a gyro and side of rice.The side of rice was basically unrecognizable mush, and I'm not sure how long it'd been sitting there, but I threw it out after a few bites.Unfortunately those few bites were enough to give me some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had, so now I'm laid up at home!I'd avoid this place.

I hated it!!!!..... I asked for everything in my pita gyro, they didn't Toast my pita bread & they didn't put everything in pita gyro, they didn't put feta cheese in it either when they were suppose too, when I asked them to put it loaded w/ everything they said I had to pay EXTRA, they didn't put my any olives, onions or feta...only plain old lettuce & tomato. RIP OFF when I paid full price. TRAIN ur workers better.

$1.50 for feta which opa doesn’t charge for. Also very sloppily made and over all seem to not care about food quality. Go to opa! 1000 times better!!

Wanted some Greek food while out shopping and stopped in here at the food court at St Vital. Food was prepared quickly, staff were eager to assist people. Salads were prepared right in front of you.Gyros and salads were very good, fresh and hit the spot. Had never been here -- solid pick for a food court.

Came to store this friday the mall was busy but the the staff was doing great all of sudden a guy was yelling at the serving guy regarding his order and asking for extra stuff. The guy was polite and handle situation. Their food taste amazing and staff was nice but people don’t understand.
