Arrived at KFC and there register clearly says "for cash payment and GC pay at counter, for debit credit pay at kiosk", I was told I had to pay at the kiosk with my GC, luckily it worked. When my order was ready, they plated it, after I selected take out, then when I corrected them they threw it into boxes with out closing them. To add to it, after I corrected them the same lady turned around to rudely ask me if I was paying cash or card and again I said, I am waiting on my order....read full review
Price that is shown and that I had to pay is different. It showed 10.99 for "Big crunch combo", when the actual price is 12.69. The lady said "The prices changed". Plus gave me out and not dine in. And the bread tasted like it expired. Don't come

Wouldn't take my order in person, forced to use the kisosk, other people who ordered after me got their food before me, waited longer than was told.. and we ordered when they didn't have any customers?! I don't get it.. terrible system
