Excellent grocery store. High quality everything, to be honest. Lots of imported goods from Europe. Excellent bakery for breads, pastries, and for fancy tarts and cakes. Great hot counter for take-out lunch or dinner. I don't get by there too often, but I do love popping in.

Put 4 stars in errorCakes are delicious but huge .Another customer and I both wanted a smaller cake and we’re willing to split the cost of a whole cake ,, but apparently couldn’t be done ,, more like didn’t want to be done .. went to Safeway instead
Had a wonderful lunch at La Grotta chicken parmigiana and pasta. The only thing I wish it was hotter. My friend had lasagna and a meatball excellent but it would have been better if it was hotter.
