The server name Avani(sorry if i am writing it wrong)… she is an awesome lady… and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite tea and the impeccable service. She is attentive and knowledgeable. providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. Every-time i go i always have fantastic experience.Keep it up for good work avani❤️????

Not like it was before, extreme shrinkflation. Wayyy smaller portions with worse quality (they're watered down now) and rude customer service. Not to mention a high markup in prices too.

Slow service and unsatisfied drinks. Gave me a warm bubble tea, no ice and tasted not good anymore. It used to be good when they first opened. Its not worth to spend $7 bubble tea here. Not gonna comeback anymore.

A thoroughly mediocre boba place. No plant milk alternatives, the pearls are often stuck together and not great quality, and the bathrooms were closed most recently. Also no bike parking and a very pedestrian hostile area. Not a nice place to hang out.Dietary restrictions: The only vegan options are the fruit teas.

I just ordered vanilla latte cold but i got a coffee with milk alot of ice and tastes just like water. Total waste of money guys don’t ever go here.Employee full of attitude.
Came here for these wonderful little things called Dip N Dots. It was my first time trying them, my friends spoke highly of them so I just needed to try!The service was incredible. I told the dudes it was my first time, and they were super helpful with recommendations and helped guide my journey.I ended up enjoying the cookie dough because I'm basic.10/10 experience

I highly recommend Macao for their delicious bubble teas. I had the chanse of trying several drinks, including the Over The Rainbow soda, which not only looked amazing but also tasted great. The Pearl Milk Tea, Cream Cheese Purple Taro, Sunshine Lemon soda, For You drink (Strawberry Milk Yogurt), and For Me drink (Ice Macchiato) were all equally amazing. It's hard to pick a favorite among them as they were all so delicious. Also, Macao's staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience better. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beverage experience.
